Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions about Evergreen? We've answered the most common ones below. If you don't find what you're looking for, feel free to contact us.
- Families who choose to become a part of the Evergreen PSP must agree to the guidelines and philosophy explained in our Vision Statement, Statement of Beliefs, Constitution, and Code of Conduct. Interested families are also required to meet with ECS administration in person. Contact us with any questions.
- No. Enrollment in extension classes requires membership in the Evergreen PSP.
- No (unless they want to!). Parents may choose which classes to enroll their students in — there is no requirement to take every class offered.
- Yes. As a homeschool co-op, Evergreen is completely self-supporting. Families entirely support the Evergreen ministry — we do not solicit outside donations and there are no paid Evergreen positions. However, God has blessed this PSP with resources that, at this time, allow us to keep costs relatively low. Contact ECS administration for current details.
- There is always an opportunity for parents to joyfully serve! Opportunities include teaching extension classes, helping in the classroom, independent tutoring, assisting in planning events, and providing resources and supplies. If you'd like to discuss how to use your gifts in this ministry, please contact ECS administration.
- Yes. Space is limited based on facilities and our vision statement values. We have a maximum capacity for student enrollment. Interested families must contact ECS administrators via email to express interest. We will then set up a personal interview. Enrollment is first-come, first-serve among families who are interviewed, confirmed by administrators, and complete enrollment forms.
